Meet Our Panel
Panelist, Nina Rawal is a graduate of the University of California, Davis School of Law. She later obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Estate Planning from the University of Miami Graduate School of Law.
Rawal focuses her practice on estate planning, estate administration, and creditor protection matters. She assists clients with their pre-death estate planning and wealth preservation through the creation of wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, and the use of lifetime gifting.
Ms. Rawal helps clients further their charitable inclinations by creating charitable trusts and charitable foundations. In addition, she helps financial institutions and individuals navigate a wide range of fiduciary disputes, including trust, estate, and probate disputes.
Panelist, Nicholas Romanello currently serves at the Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Chief Legal Officer for Health First. He is responsible for handling and coordinating all legal matters for Health First, including all litigation, transactions, contracting, corporate and regulatory matters, as well as risk management.
Prior to joining Health First in 2016, Romanello served as Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel for the Health Care District of Palm Beach County. He has experience with a wide range of legal and operational issues confronting hospitals and healthcare systems.
Romanello earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University and a Juris Doctor degree from St. Thomas University School of Law. Romanello also serves on the Florida Board of Medicine.

Moderator, Mike Seeley is the Senior VP of External Affairs and Foundation President for Health First, Central Florida's largest integrated delivery network of healthcare services.
In that role, Mike provides executive leadership for the Health First Foundation, community engagement, government relations, provider growth and development, and Graduate Medical Education.
Mike serves on several local boards, including the Brevard Homeless Coalition (Treasurer), the Burrell College of Osteopathic Medicine (Vice-Chair), and the board of Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy.
